I received a survey request claiming to be from North Shore Bank. Is this legitimate?

We will periodically send out surveys requests to learn how we can improve our products and services. The following email addresses are used to distribute these surveys:

If you receive an email communication claiming to be from North Shore Bank asking for personal or financial information, but doesn’t use these addresses, don’t click any links and delete the message.

NEVER give out your PIN (personal identification number) number or one-time passcode. North Shore Bank representatives will never ask you for a PIN number or ask you to verify personal financial information in an e-mail message.

If you suspect that you may have received a phishing-scam message from someone claiming to be North Shore Bank, please call 877-672-2265 to inform us or request verification of the message.
