North Shore Bank will Open New Water Street Branch March 25 to Serve Milwaukee's North End Neighborhood

Community bank names Ray Guardiola manager of new location that will feature walk-up Video Tellers and other neighborhood friendly amenities
BROOKFIELD, Wis. – North Shore Bank today announced that its newest location, located at 510 E. Pleasant St. in Milwaukee’s North End neighborhood, will open soon.

The new 1,800-square-foot branch office blends old and new through the renovation of an existing building combined with the construction of a 1.5-floor addition adjacent to it. The office has an open-concept lobby, self-serve coin counter, parking, and two walk-up Video Tellers, mirroring the neighborhoods’ urban design and emphasis on walkability.

“We’ve been searching for the right opportunity to bring North Shore Bank closer to downtown Milwaukee, and we’re thrilled that we’ve found that perfect spot in the vibrant and growing North End community,” said Susan T. Doyle, North Shore Bank’s senior vice president of retail banking. “We’re already getting involved in the neighborhood, and we can’t wait to continue to build those relationships to best serve our customers and the surrounding community.”

North Shore Bank has named Ray Guardiola as branch manager of the North End location. Guardiola has been with North Shore Bank for nearly five years in a variety of roles. Guardiola will lead the full-service staff that will assist personal and business clients. Under his leadership, the branch will offer expertise in deposit, lending, and retirement products and services as well as remote Video Teller service that allows customers flexible options, including 70 hours/7 days a week extended banking hours. Residents will have easy access to the Video Tellers that are located at the east and west sides of the building. To celebrate the new branch, grand opening offers are now available online.
