North Shore Bank to Host Second Annual "Mortgage Days" April 20-30



BROOKFIELD, Wis. – North Shore Bank today announced it will host the second annual “Mortgage Days” from April 20-30, 2015. During Mortgage Days, the public is invited to schedule an appointment with an on-site mortgage loan originator to discuss home loan and refinancing options, get pre-approved for a loan and learn more about the current rate environment and grant opportunities for qualified buyers.

Attendees can receive $250 off closing costs with a completed application or pre-approval during Mortgage Days, and guests can enjoy refreshments and prizes throughout the event. People can schedule an appointment by calling a local participating branch. Participating branches and select dates in the area include:
