North Shore Bank Partners with Regus to Host Free Business Seminar on Fraud


BROOKFIELD, Wis. – North Shore Bank today announced that it has partnered with Regus to host a free business fraud prevention seminar from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 24, at Regus in Waukesha, N19 W24400 Riverwood Drive, Suite 350.

Event attendees will learn about the types of business fraud, fraud’s financial impact, what can happen to an organization that is affected by fraud, common fraud schemes, real-life Wisconsin examples, and more. They will also be taught how to plan for fraud incidents and how to take corrective action after an incident is discovered.

Penny Foust, North Shore Bank’s treasury manager, will discuss current scams and provide tips for area businesses to minimize their risk. Panelists include Abby Huntington from Marsh & McLennan Insurance; Paul Sheahan from Winter, Kloman, Moter & Repp, S.C.; and Senior Engineer Dan Placek of Swicktech.
