North Shore Bank's Racine Branches to Host Chili Cook-off Feb. 2

All proceeds to benefit HALO of Racine’s Snowflake Fund

BROOKFIELD, Wis. – North Shore Bank today announced it will host a chili cook-off from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 2, at three Racine branches – Westgate (4923 Washington Ave.), Northside (3911 N. Main St.), and Regency (5723 Durand Ave.).

The community is invited to warm up with a bowl of chili with all of the fixings for $2 or to sample each flavor for $4. All proceeds will benefit the Homeless Assistance Leadership Organization (HALO), which provides warm beds for individuals in Racine County during the winter months.

“The chili cook-off is a great way to get our community together to enjoy the season and to help our neighbors in need,” said Brian Bozek, district manager for North Shore Bank. “We invite everyone to stop by, enjoy some delicious chili, and help give everyone in Racine a warm place to sleep this winter.”
