North Shore Bank offices in Milwaukee proudly supported the annual
Candy Cane Lane holiday lights display. Bank employees attended the kick-off event and mascot night to collect loose change for the North Shore Bank Change for a Cure drive to benefit Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer, Inc. (MACC Fund).
Area offices also continue to collect change now through Dec. 26 at its
Southwest (9131 W. Oklahoma Ave.),
New Berlin (15505 W. National Ave.),
West Allis (10533 W. National Ave.),
Southridge (5101 S. 76th St.),
Jackson Park (4230 W. Oklahoma Ave.),
Wauwatosa (8706 W. North Ave.), and
Oak Creek (8701 S. Howell Ave.) branches. The bank will match MACC Fund donations up to $1,000.
Each season, the West Allis neighborhood bounded by Oklahoma to Montana avenues and 92nd to 96th streets is transformed into a festive holiday light display called Candy Cane Lane. People come from all over the Midwest to drive or stroll through the uniquely decorated neighborhood. The free event runs through Tuesday, Dec. 26.
