Business Bankers Make Yearly Cream Puff Deliveries to ClientsEarlier this month, North Shore Bank Commercial Banking team members made their annual delivery of Wisconsin State Fair cream puffs to clients — 26 boxes containing six cream puffs each. Knowing how busy our customers are, and many times, they’re unable to get to the fair, so they wanted to bring a taste of the fair to them.

Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Manager Margaret Capper has delivered to one client for over a decade. “Literally every employee from that business sends a personalized thank you via email,” Margaret says, noting that one client described the cream puffs as “a little slice of heaven and a great treat on a warm Friday in summer.”

Up top, getting ready to make deliveries, are VP and Sr Lender of Commercial Banking Mike Cornell, Treasury Solutions Specialist Angela San Felipo-Gellendin, Business Banking Officer Jeff Luczak, VP Commercial Treasury Solutions Manager Penny Foust, and Business Relationship Managers Cheri Cicona-Trudell and Karla Lozano.
