Bank and NeighborWorks Green Bay Establish $300,000 Loan Fund

We're proud to partner with NeighborWorks Green Bay on this new loan fund initiative. The creation of a $300,000 loan fund is to be used to provide down payment closing cost assistance to area homebuyers, including those who are at low- and moderate-income. The bank is thrilled to make this investment and help  make homeownership a reality for people in our community.  Read more about this initiative and view pictures. Pictured here with the “BIG CHECK” are North Shore Bank’s Mike Kellman and Chris Boland, along with Noel Halvorsen and Scott Schoeneman from NeighborWorks.
