North Shore Bank's Free Community Shredding Day

Customers and neighbors turned out in large numbers to securely shred their unwanted documents at North Shore Bank’s annual Community Shredding Day on May 6th. We were able to destroy and recycle over 38 tons of paper during our 11th Annual Free Community Shredding Day.

Besides offering document destruction services at no charge, we also connected visitors with information about identity theft and how to protect themselves and their families from it, and hosted fundraisers for local organizations.

See photos from different branches’ shredding day events and learn more about how you can protect your identity.
