Activate Mobile Banking


How do I activate Mobile Banking?

You will need an Online Banking account to sign up. If you're already an Online Banking subscriber, simply log in to your account and activate Mobile Banking through the Options menu.

Please note: our Mobile Banking app is not supported on beta/development versions of any mobile operating system.

Installing the app:

The easiest way to install our app is directly through Apple's App Store and the Google Play Store. You can follow the appropriate steps below and install from within your Online Banking account.

iPhone
  1. Log in to Online Banking and manage your Mobile Banking settings through the Options menu.
  2. Select the Change my Mobile Banking services option next to the device on which you want to install the app.
  3. Select checkbox for Downloadable Mobile Apps.
  4. You'll receive an SMS message including a link to download the app. Tapping the link will take you to our app's page in the Apple App Store.
  5. A second SMS message containing a link to activate the app will be sent to your device.
  6. The North Shore Bank Mobile Banking app will launch, and you can log in to your account.

Android
  1. Log in to Online Banking and manage your Mobile Banking settings through the Options menu.
  2. Select the Change my Mobile Banking services option next to the device on which you want to install the app.
  3. Select checkbox for Downloadable Mobile Apps.
  4. You'll receive an SMS message including a link to download the app. Tapping the link will take you to our app's page in the Google Play Store. After selecting Install, you will be asked to log in to your Google Account.
  5. A second SMS message containing a link to activate the app will be sent to your device.
  6. The North Shore Bank Mobile Banking app will launch, and you can log in to your account.

Message and data rates may apply. For help, text "HELP" to 39872. To cancel, text "STOP" to 39872 at any time. Message frequency depends on account settings. For assistance, please contact customer service at 877.672.2265.
