Corporate Holiday Event Takes in Cash, Clothing for Homeless

12/14/2018

Round Robin 2018Celebration attendees from the bank’s support departments and our Brookfield Square branch lined up for a wide selection of yummy food and treats as part of the bank’s annual charitable holiday event on December 12. The celebration brought in $2,156 in donations to Milwaukee Rescue Mission, along with over 185 donated winter clothing items. The nonprofit provides food, clothing, shelter, and assistance to the city’s homeless and ailing families.

Besides all the wonderful donations, the celebration featured plenty of delicious food, as well as games and prizes. Milwaukee’s Bel Canto Chorus performed carols for the event, courtesy of the United Performing Arts Fund, another organization that the bank supports. VP and Investment Program Manager Erika Milosevich (far left) stands in with the Bel Canto Chorus. The creative team in Information Systems set up a breathtaking Winter Wonderland where employees could have their picture taken with Santa Claus.

Whether employees donated items or money, helped decorate, set up or cleaned up, contributed to the department’s prize basket, or brought food to share — all of the efforts were appreciated and added to the success of the bank’s holiday event that helped the Milwaukee Rescue Mission serve people in need in our community.
