Is my account information available 24-hours a day?

Your account information is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the Mobile App and Online Banking.  

The Mobile App and Online Banking are free to all North Shore Bank personal banking customers and give you a variety of services that help you use and manage your accounts, when and where you want.

  • View current account information
  • Check your balance, deposit checks, review recent transactions, pay a bill, and transfer money between your accounts
  • Send money to friends and family with Zelle® 
  • Use Bill Pay to ensure your bills are paid on time
  • View up to 18 months of statements when you sign up for eStatements
  • Export or download transaction information to your preferred money management program such as Quicken®
  • Take a tour of our online services
