You can sign up for Business Online Banking from your desktop or mobile device.

When completing the enrollment form, you’ll need the following information to get started:
  • Company name and address
  • Contact name, email, and phone number
  • User names and contact information along with and verification answers
  • Business bank account numbers (checking, savings, loans)

Frequently Asked Questions

If you have already been set up to use Business Online Banking and are a signer on the account, please try resetting your passwordIf you wish to have access to your business accounts through Business Online Banking, please contact 1-800-270-7956 to speak with our Treasury Solutions Team to get set up or stop in at your local branch to get started.

Note: Only Signers on the account can request the set up of their account to Business Online Banking.


While we don't have a dedicated app for Android devices (phones or tablets),our Business Mobile Banking app can be installed and used on an iPad as well as iPhone and iPod Touch. To install the Business Mobile Banking app on an iPad:

  1. Search for North Shore Bank Mobile Business Banking in the App Store.
  2. When the app results appear, change the device-type from iPad Only to iPhone Only. This will present our Business Banking app to you for installation.
  3. Install the app and log into your Business Online Banking account.

Because you'll be using the iPhone app on an iPad, certain functions, such as changing the screen layout from portrait to landscape, are not available.


Temporary passwords in Business Online Banking last for 180 Days.


  1. After logging into Business Online Banking select the “eStatements” button on the navigation bar.
  2. You will be given the option to select which accounts you would like to receive eStatements. 
  3. Next you will be asked to read and agree to terms and conditions and be asked to view a PDF to check the capability of your computer.
  4. After reviewing the Terms and Conditions and viewing the PDF you will be asked to enter a code that was viewed on the PDF and enter that in to the space provided as well as check a box to accept the Term and Conditions.

You are now enrolled in eStatements to make changes simply click the eStatements button to change preferences.
