Yes. All rewards points redemptions are final. Points redeemed for any reward cannot be returned, reinstated, exchanged, or reversed for any reason, including accidental selection or non-use of the reward.

It’s easy! After you’re enrolled in Debit Rewards, you can redeem your points anytime to pay for eligible purchases at Amazon.com. Select to pay with your North Shore Bank debit card when you’re ready to check out. You’ll be able to choose your reward points to cover all or part of your purchase.

If your North Shore Bank debit card is connected to your PayPal® account, you’ll automatically be able to see your available reward balance and pay using your points.

You can also visit PayPal uChoose Rewards or add to link your card.

Once you’ve registered for Debit Rewards, you can use your reward balance to buy gas at more than 8,000 participating bp® and Amoco® gas stations nationwide. Simply tap, swipe, or insert your North Shore Bank Standard or Platinum Debit Mastercard® to save at the pump.

With Debit Rewards, you can use your points to pay for purchases with PayPal®, Amazon.com, and even bp® and Amoco® gas stations.

Log in to your North Shore Bank account in the Mobile App or Online Banking and go to “Rewards” to see how it works. Under the “Redeem Points” tab, choose “Pay with Points” to get started.

Yes! Purchases made with Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Google Pay will still be included in your rewards.

Most points will be accumulated and available for redemption at the beginning of each month based on the prior month’s card activity. To redeem your points, you must accumulate a minimum of 500 points. View your points total by selecting “Rewards” in the Mobile App or Online Banking.

You can earn Debit Rewards when you make purchases with the Standard or Platinum Debit Mastercard® associated with your North Shore Bank checking account. Business cards or cards tied to Health Savings Accounts are ineligible.

There’s no limit on the number of points you can earn each year, and you have three years to use your points before they expire. For complete details, see the Rewards Terms & Conditions.

Points earned from debit card purchases throughout the current month will become available by the first day of the following month. You can view your point activity in your Debit Rewards account under the “My Rewards” tab anytime.

In rare circumstances, it can take up to 60 days for those transactions to appear. If points from a qualified transaction do not appear after 60 days, contact us for assistance.

You sure can! All North Shore Bank debit cards connected to the same checking account automatically earn points. Plus, when you are the account owner, you can link multiple accounts together to earn rewards faster.

Within Rewards, simply click on your profile and select “Link Account” to add another North Shore Bank debit card to your Debit Rewards account.

After enrolling, you can earn points by making purchases using your North Shore Bank debit card.

• Standard Debit Mastercard earns 1 point for every $4 spent
• Platinum Debit Mastercard earns 1 point for every $2 spent

You can easily view your debit card rewards activity anytime by selecting “My Rewards” within our Mobile App or Online Banking.
