How do I recover and/or update my User ID or Password in the Mobile App or Online Banking?


Mobile App

To recover your User ID or Password in the Mobile App, select Trouble Logging In? from the login screen and follow the prompts. Or for further assistance, please contact Customer Support.

Your Password can be changed in the Mobile App:

  • Log into your account and select the More tab in the lower right corner
  • Then select Change Password under SETTINGS
  • Enter the unique 6-digit secure code from the verification alert sent to you via text message or phone call
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password

Your User ID cannot be changed in the Mobile App. Log in to Online Banking to change your User ID.


Online Banking

To recover your User ID or Password in Online Banking, select Recover Username or Reset Password in the log in box and follow the prompts. Or for further assistance, please contact Customer Support.

Your User ID and Password can be updated in Online Banking:

  • Log into your account and select Settings
  • Then select Profile and then select User ID or Password
  • Enter the unique 6-digit secure code, from the verification alert sent to you via text message or phone call
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new User ID or Password

There could be many reasons why your check bounced. For security reasons you must contact Customer Support at 877-672-2265.

You received a call due to suspicious activity on your debit card.

For those enrolled in eStatements by December 31 of the tax year, your 1099-INT, 1099-MISC, 1042-S, and 1098 tax forms will be available electronically in January of the following year. 

If you enroll in eStatements after December 31 of the tax year (but before the tax documents are distributed), you can access your tax forms electronically and your tax forms will be mailed to you by the end of January. 

If you are not enrolled in eStatements, paper tax forms will be mailed to you by the end of January.
