How do I sign up to receive eStatements?

Enrolling in eStatements – Online Banking (Web-based)

  1. After logging into Online Banking, select an account.
  2. Locate and select the Statements link (to the right of your green account balance tile). This will launch a new eStatements window, and your settings can be accessed there, from the Account Access link.
  3. Next, you will be asked to read and agree to terms and conditions and be asked to view a PDF to check the capability of your computer.
  4. After reviewing the Term and Conditions and viewing the PDF you will be asked to enter a code that was viewed on the PDF and enter that into the space provided as well as check a box to accept the Term and Conditions.
  5. You will be given the option to select which accounts you would like to receive eStatements. 
 

Enrolling in eStatements – Mobile App

  1. After logging in to the Mobile App, navigate to the More menu, then select Statements & Documents
  2. Next, you will be asked to read and agree to terms and conditions and be asked to view a PDF to check the capability of your device.
  3. After reviewing the Term and Conditions and viewing the PDF you will be asked to enter a code that was viewed on the PDF and enter that into the space provided as well as check a box to accept the Term and Conditions.
  4. You will be given the option to select which accounts you would like to receive eStatements.
 

You are now enrolled in eStatements.
