How do I connect my Online Banking or Business Online Banking account to QuickBooks Online?

If you use QuickBooks Online (QuickBooks.com) to help you manage your personal or business finances, you can connect your Online Banking or Business Online Banking account(s) to these services through the following steps.

  1. After logging into your QuickBooks.com account, select the appropriate action (add/connect account).
  2. In the provided search field, enter "North Shore Bank" and press the search button.
  3. Select the appropriate North Shore Bank online service that you wish to establish a connection with:
    • North Shore Bank (Online Banking)
  4.  Begin the account linking process by providing your username and password for the appropriate Online Banking service that you are adding to your QuickBooks.com profile and select "Continue"/"Log In".
  5. If prompted to answer a challenge question, please supply the appropriate answer and continue.
  6. Within a few moments, your North Shore Bank Online Banking or Business Online Banking account will be linked to your QuickBooks.com profile.
