Get text or email alerts about account transactions, deposits, and low balances. To set them up, log in to Online Banking (web-based) and select Settings > Security and Alerts.

Mobile App IconOnline Banking or Mobile App

Track your account balance in real-time, including pending and posted transactions. You can also easily transfer money between your accounts with a few simple clicks.

Overdraft Protection

Overdraft Protection links your checking account to another deposit account or Home Equity Line of CreditFootnote 1 you have at North Shore Bank. In the event you overdraw your checking account, available funds are automatically transferred to your checking account. Although this option may not result in avoiding the initial overdrafts, it may be less expensive than our standard overdraft practices. If you authorized North Shore Bank to pay ATM and everyday debit card transactions when you do not have sufficient funds in your checking account, consider changing your election and your transactions will not go through and you are not charged a fee. To discontinue the service, call our Customer Support Team at 877-672-2265 or schedule an appointment online.
