How do I change my name, address, or any other contact information?

There are several ways to change your personal information on file with North Shore Bank:

1. Log in to Online Banking (web-based), go to Settings, then Profile
2. Stop by a nearby office and meet with us personally. Bring along a photo ID, such as a Driver's License, for identification.
3. By Mail - Send the completed Change Request Form to the address provided on the form
