Countries That Prohibit Debit Card Use

For a list of blocked countries where fraud is prevalent other than the Government Sanctioned Countries listed, call the number on the back of your Debit Card or during business hours (8:30 - 5:00) at 877-672-2265.

The following countries do not permit the use of debit cards:

If your debit card is lost, stolen, or misplaced, contact us immediately at 888-437-0103. If you use Digital Banking, you can also temporarily lock your debit card while you look for it. If you find your card, simply unlock it. This number is available 24/7.

If your credit card is lost or stolen, please call 866-552-8855 (Elan Financial Services) as soon as possible. This number is also available 24/7.

Tip: Locking your debit card in Digital Banking can provide added peace of mind while you determine whether your card is lost or simply misplaced.
