When you log in for the first time:

An example of the new Online Banking login fields.Your username and password will now be entered on one page.
  1. Log into Online Banking with your current username and password (as of 9/19) from a desktop web browser. Please note that the username and password fields are now displayed on the same page. View a list of web browsers that are supported with Online Banking.
  2. You will be asked to update your password. Your new password must:
    1. Use a minimum of 8 characters in random sequence
    2. Contain at least 1 upper case letter
    3. Contain 1 lower case letter
    4. Contain 1 number
  3. Select security questions.
  4. Accept the new terms and conditions.
  5. If you have established account nicknames, you will need to re-label those accounts after logging in.
  6. All of your account history will be available in the new system. Once you’ve logged in, verify that all of your accounts are displayed, and that your personal information and preferences are set up properly.

Mobile Banking Access

Mobile Banking SettingsDiscover how to update your Mobile Banking settings within Online Banking. To continue Mobile Banking access, follow the First Time Login Steps outlined above using a desktop web browser. Once your new password and security questions have been set Mobile Banking app customers will simple need to log back into the app.
  • Customers who use browser-based Mobile Banking and text services will first need to follow the First Time Login Steps outlined above using a desktop web browser and reset their mobile banking settings.
  • If you use our Mobile Banking app, you will simply need to log back into your app using your Online Banking username and updated password.

Quicken Reset Instructions

If you use Quicken to manage your finances, you will need to update access to your North Shore Bank Online Banking Account. Learn how to reset Quicken.
