How do I change my Online Banking password?

To change your password for Online Banking you'll need to do the following:

  • Log into your account and select the "Settings" option
  • Click on the "Profile" group and select "Password"
  • Enter the unique 4-digit secure code, from the verification alert sent to you via text message or phone call
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password

If you don't know your password then select the "Reset Password" option and follow the remaining instructions.
