Redesigned Quick Exception Processing
The Quick Exception Processing page has been redesigned as a dashboard to provide for a more efficient workflow when processing exceptions. 
  • Clearly view the number of items and their status of Decisions Needed and Decisioned
  • Easily see your check images
  • Find exceptions by selecting filter criteria

Check Search
To simplify the navigation, the following reports have been combined within the Check Search tool:
  • ACH Transactions
  • Paid Checks
  • Outstanding Issued Checks
  • All Checks

Within this screen, you now have expanded options for reporting.
  • A single report can be pulled from an unlimited number of accounts
  • Define your report by selecting Check Status (i.e paid, outstanding, returned, etc.), Dates, Check Number, Dollar Amount, Decision Reason, and Payee
  • Note using Decision Reason in your report, you can view how much fraud has been prevented by using Positive Pay
  • Once generated, you can customize your report by adding and removing columns, selecting how many items to view per screen, and more.
  • Based upon your security level, you may be able to edit a specific record within your report
 
Account Reconciliation and Check Reconciliation Redesign
  • Both Account and Check Reconciliation pages have been redesigned to have a better look and feel. 
  • To begin, select the account to reconcile and your desired dates. Instead of finding hyperlinks to the transactions, you will now find those items listed below in the tabbed categories. Click on the tab to review the transactions. To get additional information on the transactions within each tab, click on the kabob (three vertical dots in the right hand corner).
  • The addition of search and filter capabilities make finding specific data easier and allow for a more efficient experience in reconciling accounts. 
  • The data is displayed in tabs all on one screen and can be exported to PDF or Excel.
