North Shore Bank to Hold Fall Fest in Sussex

Bank invites community to enjoy refreshments, games and prizes

SUSSEX, Wis. – North Shore Bank today announced it will host the 7th Annual Harvest Fest at its Sussex branch – W249n6600 Hwy 164 – on Saturday, Oct. 19 from 9 a.m. to noon. The event will offer a host of complimentary refreshments including hot cider from Starbucks, chili provided by Piggly Wiggly and custard from Culver’s. A bouncy house, three-hole mini golf course and coloring contest for kids will also be offered as part of the festivities.

For animal lovers, the event will feature a rabbit petting zoo courtesy of Premier Animal Care, plus North Shore Bank mascot Seymour Savings will be on hand to help host the event.

For the older guests, Harvest Fest will offer demonstrations on fall recipes from Pampered Chef and cake decoration, as well as a Q&A session on mortgages and home buying.
Fall Fest attendees will also have the opportunity to enter to win a Kindle Fire, suite tickets to a Milwaukee Bucks game and other prizes. The first 100 kids to attend the event will receive a free pumpkin just in time for Halloween.

“This is a great time of year to get outdoors, mingle with neighbors and see a little of what our community has to offer,” said Candy Walecki, Sussex branch manager for North Shore Bank. “We’re thrilled to hold this event that brings together so many people from our community.”

As part of this event, the bank is also hosting a Santa’s Helpers benefit. Monetary donations can be dropped off at the event to benefit the Society of Santa’s Secret Elves, part of SOS. For every account opened in October, North Shore Bank will donate $10 to the organization.
