North Shore Bank to Host Get Smart Home Seminar in Milwaukee

Topics include the importance of good credit, improving credit scores, and preparing for homeownership.

Get Smart Home SeminarBROOKFIELD, Wis. – North Shore Bank today announced that it will host “Get Smart,” a mortgage lending seminar, on Monday, February 22 at 5:00 p.m. at its Milwaukee location, 4230 W. Oklahoma Ave.      Event attendees will learn the importance of having good credit, how they can improve their credit scores and how to prepare for homeownership. They will also learn how to maximize the selling price of a home by staging it as well as how to navigate the new TRID-RESPA mortgage rule process. Event speakers include Mary Inden of Home Staging Consultants, ReneĆ© Backus of CreditMatters, North Shore Bank Mortgage Loan and Community Lending Professional Miguel Pesqueira.
