Each year, our bank employees nominate co-workers to recognize their commitment to outstanding service, community involvement, and leadership. As part of this year’s annual SOAR Together Awards, we received 40 nominations for 32 outstanding employees. Winners received a $500 cash reward and a SOAR Together recognition plaque.

This year’s winners are:

Outstanding Service – David Holada, Assistant Branch Manager, Shorewood
David Holada was nominated by his peers for consistently going above and beyond for our customers. From researching and discovering a scam to training and assisting new employees, David demonstrates the values of the Bank of You. One nominator said, “He is a sympathetic ear and trusted resource for customers and employees alike.”

Community Involvement – Colleen Moore, Mailroom Supervisor
Being recognized for her tireless volunteer involvement on behalf of North Shore Bank and the communities we serve, Colleen Moore won the SOAR Together Award for community involvement.  She contributes her time to Milwaukee County Zoo events, Shredding Day, UPAF activities, and she willingly jumps in and assists with our Corporate Community Outreach Committee fundraisers. She has also been a regular volunteer at her children’s school as well as our community events at the bank’s Cudahy office.

Legacy Leader – Nikki Shelton-Moss, Training Specialist
As a mentor who makes a lasting impact on employees at North Shore Bank, Nikki Shelton-Moss was recognized as this year’s Legacy Leader. As a trainer, she is one of the first people most employees meet during orientation and other training classes. As one of her nominators stated, Nikki has “a relentless passion for helping others succeed” and “is an unspoken hero and mentor to many.” Shelton-Moss, who has been with North Shore Bank for 19 years, was recognized by her managers and others for the lasting impact she has on other employees.

Congratulations to this year’s winners!
