To help us assist you, please bring the following with you to the appointment with your Personal Banker:

• All recent statements from companies with automatic transactions tied to your old account including utilities, health clubs, etc. Make sure these statements include your account number and the company's mailing address.
• Recent bank statement for your old account that includes your account number and mailing address.
