To receive Perks Platinum benefits, all you need is a North Shore Bank checking account and meet one of the following criteria:

Have a Home Equity Line of Credit with a limit of at least $35,000.
Maintain at least $35,000 in personal household deposits, including Certificate of Deposits (CDs), Checking, Money Market, IRA and Savings accounts.
Maintain a total balance of $35,000 or more in deposits, consumer loans, and home equity line of credit maximum limit.
