How do I join the Your Rewards program?

• If you already have a North Shore Bank Personal Platinum or Business Rewards Debit Card, you are already enrolled in the Your Rewards your way program.
• Should you wish to start earning Your Rewards Points, but don't currently have a North Shore Bank Personal Platinum or Business Rewards Debit Card, stop by any local branch, or contact your North Shore Bank personal or business banker for details.
• You will earn (1) Point for every $3.00 in eligible purchases using your North Shore Bank Personal Platinum or Business Rewards Debit Card.

Redemption or questions regarding Your Rewards account are easy!

• Just visit the Your Rewards Redemption Center online at yourrewards.northshorebank.com. Log in to your web profile and begin viewing the available redemption options, points, account activity, terms and conditions, FAQ, and more.
• Or, you may call 24/7, the Redemption Customer Service Center toll-free (866) 678-5187, and talk with a live operator by selecting option 3. Points are posted to Your Rewards account on a daily basis.
