ePay Mortgage Payment

Note: Only "full" monthly payments can be made using ePay, including principal, taxes and any applicable insurance.

How to use ePay to make your mortgage payment:

1. Log into or Enroll in Online Banking.
2. Access your ePay account from your "List of accounts" page.
3. Click on the "Payments" tab and select "Manage Payees" from the menu bar.
4. Click on the "Add New Payee" link.
5. Select "Yes" when asked, "Do you want to pay a company?"
6. Type "North Shore Bank First Mortgage" into the search box.
7. Click the "Search" button.
8. Enter your North Shore Bank mortgage account number into the fields displayed.
9. Click the Search button.
10. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete your setup.
