Detailed Help & Instructions:
Online Banking
-
Your original username (Access ID) and password have not changed during the recent login security enhancement.
-
Your authentication image and passphrase are for you to identify while you are logging into your Online Banking account. While you should remember these items for your own security and verification, you will not need to re-enter these items during your login process.
- Your password should not be used as your passphrase.
- The passphrase you enter can be anything you wish. It does not need to be a description of your authentication image. Examples: "Haste makes waste" or "Hello world".
-
The answers that you provide for the challenge questions should be ones you need to remember in the event you log into your account from a non-registered computer. By clicking on the downward-facing arrow next to the listed challenge question, you will find multiple questions to choose from.
-
If you regularly delete your Internet browser's cookies, or if your browser blocks cookies, you will be prompted to answer your challenge questions and re-register your computer.
- Enrollment in the new Online Banking login enhancement is required for all Online Banking users. You'll have peace of mind knowing that your online financial information is secure.
After enrollment, you can change your authentication image, passphrase, and challenge questions by logging into your Online Banking account and selecting "Change Security Data" from the "Options" menu.
