North Shore Bank Awarded Top Workplace Award by Milwaukee Journal Sentinel
Bank chosen as one of the best places to work in the Southeast Wisconsin area

BROOKFIELD, Wis. – North Shore Bank was named a Top Workplace for 2012 by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. This award recognizes the bank as one of the best places to work in the Southeast Wisconsin area.
“We are absolutely honored to receive this award,” said Molly Schissler, vice president of human resources for North Shore Bank. “We want to congratulate and commend all of our employees as they are the driving force behind this award. Without them and all that they bring to our customers and communities, we would not have achieved this recognition.”
The evaluation for the Top Workplaces program is based upon feedback from an employee survey. This year 118 were selected in three categories of employer size. North Shore Bank was named one of the top 25 mid-size employers.
