Public is invited to free family-friendly event filled with informative safety tips.

BROOKFIELD, Wis. – North Shore Bank has teamed up the Brookfield Fire Department and the Elmbrook Humane Society for “Safety Saturday,” which will kick-off Fire Prevention Week. The event will be held Oct. 1 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at North Shore Bank's Brookfield Square branch and will include important safety information and seasonal treats for the public. The event will benefit the Brookfield Fire Department and raise awareness for safety issues.

“This is a wonderful family event to inform the community about safety and enjoy some tasty treats at the same time,” said Margie Brusa, assistant vice president and branch manager of North Shore Bank’s Brookfield Square office. “We are very excited to host this event in partnership with the Brookfield Fire Department and the Elmbrook Humane Society, and we hope everyone enjoys the day’s festivities.”
