Brookfield Square, Oak Creek, and Pulaski Branches Earn 'Branch of Year' Honors from North Shore Bank

Grafton, Oak Creek and Pulaski managers named Branch Managers of the Year

BROOKFIELD, Wis. - North Shore Bank today announced that its Brookfield Square, Oak Creek and Pulaski branches have been earned "Branch of the Year" honors. Additionally, Dane Didier, manager of the bank’s Grafton branch; Joline Hedren, manager of the Oak Creek branch and Mistine Thomson, manager of the Pulaski branch have been named "Branch Managers of the Year."

Branches were judged for the honors based on service quality, operations and growth, said Susan T. Doyle, vice president and branch operations manager for North Shore Bank. Managers were evaluated on service and operational objectives, as well as branch growth. All three branches and managers demonstrated consistently high performance in all areas, she said.

"To be named a branch or branch manager of the year is a high honor," Doyle said. "It means that these branches and branch managers are the best of the best – with outstanding leadership – demonstrating each and every day the commitment to customers, financial knowledge and respect for detail that has helped North Shore Bank become one of the strongest financial institutions in the country.
