Saturday 'Change For a Cure' Coin Drive Set to Benefit Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic
North Shore Bank will match donations made at Hat Giveaway Night with the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers
APPLETON, WI - The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, in conjunction with North Shore Bank, will be hosting a coin drive, Change for a Cure, during this Saturday’s game.
Change will be collected at all concession stands throughout Time Warner Cable Field. North Shore Bank will match the contributions collected up to $1,000. The change collected will be donated to the research center at Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay.
"We encourage everyone to make a stop to drop off their change at the concession stands on Saturday night to help ensure that research continues to find a cure for cancer," said Tricia Cravillion, district manager for North Shore Bank's Northeast Region. "this is a terrific cause and a great way for us to lead our support by matching what's collected."
In addition to Change for a Cure, the first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive a baseball cap compliments of North Shore Bank. For information or to buy tickets, click on www.timberrattlers.com or call (920)733-4152.
