Free Home Buying and Selling Seminar to be Held in Brookfield

Free event hosted by North Shore Bank and Prudential Absolute Realtors to offer information for buyers and sellers in today’s changing market

BROOKFIELD, Wis. – Prudential ABSOLUTE REALTORS and North Shore Bank today announced they will hold a free home buying and selling seminar on Saturday, Feb. 14. The free seminar will be from 10 a.m. to noon at North Shore Bank, 15700 W. Bluemound Road in Brookfield.

Local conditions affecting the real estate market, property values and appraisals, new construction and lot loans as well as current mortgage rates, down payments and mortgage types available have created favorable conditions for both buyers and sellers. At the seminar, Tad Williams of Prudential ABSOLUTE REALTORS and Jim Larcheid of North Shore Bank will share tips, along with current information regarding local housing mortgage market statistics and trends compared to national markets. The discussion will include property values and appraisals, new construction loans, lot loans, rates and qualification requirements.

A continental breakfast will be served and participants can register to win a $100 gift certificate for
