North Shore Bank Hires Staff For its 43rd Branch in Grafton

BROOKFIELD, Wis. – North Shore Bank today announced that it has hired Kristal Pelland as branch client service manager, Stephanie Pettingill as a service banker, and Rachel Wigman and Amanda Plato as customer service representatives at the bank’s newest branch in Grafton, which is currently under construction at 2301 Wisconsin Ave. The bank opened a temporary office in November in the new shopping center at 2293 Wisconsin Ave., across the street from Sendik's, until the permanent branch construction is complete. The Grafton office is North Shore Bank’s 43rd branch.

“We are pleased to have this hard-working and talented group of people at our Grafton office,” said Lyneen Fischer, vice president and district manager for the bank’s central region. “The banking knowledge of these team members will significantly benefit our customers. Their work will help make the Grafton branch a successful community partner.”

Pelland will be responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the bank, including sales production, quality of service and operational standards. She will also supervise the branch’s staff and all bank activities. She previously served as a personal banker for North Shore Bank’s Shorewood branch. While working in Shorewood, Pelland participated in many community events, including the Showcase Shorewood and the Shorewood Art Walk, Criterium Bike Race, and Holiday Shopwalk. She has also been involved in Mexican Fiesta, an annual summer festival held on Milwaukee’s Lakefront. Pelland currently resides in Milwaukee.

Pettingill, a resident of Port Washington, Wis., will serve as a service banker. Her duties will include helping customers make deposits, cash checks, open accounts, perform general account maintenance and operational tasks.

Additionally, Wigman and Plato will join the Grafton branch as customer service representatives. Both team members will provide customers with general banking needs such as deposits, withdrawals, opening accounts and more. Wigman resides in Grafton, Wis., and Plato is a resident of Oostburg, Wis.
