Sharon Kertscher and Gloria Rosenberg Join North Shore Bank's Grafton Branch
BROOKFIELD, Wis. – North Shore Bank today announced that Sharon Kertscher will serve as a personal banker and Gloria Rosenberg as a customer service representative at the bank’s Grafton branch, which opened a temporary office in November in the new shopping center at 2293 Wisconsin Ave., across the street from Sendik's, until the permanent branch construction is complete in January. The Grafton office is North Shore Bank’s 43rd branch.
"Sharon and Gloria are welcome additions to the Grafton office," said Dane Didier, Grafton branch manager. "Sharon’s banking knowledge combined with Gloria’s familiarity of the community and its residents will help the Grafton office operate successfully."
Kertscher will provide individualized service to clients, including opening new accounts, meeting with clients to discuss loan and retirement options and more. She currently serves as a committee member of the Grafton Senior Conference. Kertscher resides in Fredonia.
Rosenberg’s duties will include processing deposits, cashing checks, opening accounts and assisting with other various customers needs. Rosenberg is the former owner of Gourmet Outfitters, a specialty culinary store with locations in Mequon and Brookfield. She currently serves as a member of the City of Mequon Architectural Board. She previously served on the City of Mequon Board of Ethics, and was also a member of the Mequon/Thiensville Chamber of Commerce. Rosenberg has been a resident of the Mequon area for 22 years.
Kertscher and Rosenberg will also be responsible for coordinating and implementing upcoming events with customers and residents in the Grafton area.
