North Shore Bank Hires Staff For its First Mequon Branch

BROOKFIELD, Wis. – North Shore Bank today announced that it has hired Jodi Conrad as financial center manager, Shirley Klenke as a personal banker, Stephanie Pettingill as a service banker, and Angelique Allen and Merry Justin as customer service representatives at the bank’s newest branch in Mequon. The Mequon branch, currently under construction at 10806 Port Washington Rd., is the first North Shore Bank in the city, and the 44th branch for the bank. The branch is scheduled to open August 14.

“We are pleased to bring these talented people into the North Shore Bank family, and we know they’ll take good care of our customers,” said Lyneen Fischer, vice president and regional manager for the bank’s central region. “As we become part of the Mequon community for the first time, we know that this knowledgeable group of people will serve our customers well.”

Conrad will be responsible for managing the office, maintaining the daily operations of the bank, including new account acquisition, quality of service and operational standards. She will also supervise the branch’s staff and all bank activities. Conrad has six years of banking experience in the Thiensville-Mequon area. While working in this area, Conrad has volunteered in the community helping Advocates of Ozaukee, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the Chamber of Commerce. Conrad and her family currently reside in Grafton.

Klenke will serve as a personal banker, assisting customers with their banking needs. Klenke lives in Cedarburg with her family. She dedicates time supporting the Villa Terrace, the Breast Cancer Show House and has volunteered at several organizations in Ozaukee County. Klenke plans to offer her past fund-raising skills to the Ozaukee Family Services once settled at the new office.

Pettingill, a resident of Port Washington, will serve as a service banker. Her duties will include helping customers make deposits, cash checks, open accounts, and perform general account maintenance and operational tasks. She recently worked as a service banker at North Shore Bank’s Grafton branch.

Additionally, Allen and Justin will join the Mequon branch as customer service representatives. Both team members will provide customers with general banking needs such as deposits, withdrawals, opening accounts and more. Allen resides in Shorewood, and Justin is a resident of Whitefish Bay.
