North Shore Bank to Celebrate Green Bay Grand Openings May 2 and 3 with Free Treats, Family Activities, Account Specials and More
Public also invited to bring personal documents for free, secure shredding at Copps East and Green Bay West branches
GREEN BAY, Wis. – North Shore Bank today announced that it will hold grand opening celebrations for its two newest Green Bay branches on Saturday, May 2 and Sunday, May 3. The branches – located inside the Copps Food Center at 1819 Main St. and in the Green Bay Plaza at 1483 W. Mason St. next to Atlanta Bread – will celebrate with free food, prize drawings, account specials and more. The grand opening celebrations will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 2 and from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 3.
North Shore Bank will also be holding its annual Shredding Day event from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 2. Anyone with outdated personal documents can have them securely shredded. While materials will be accepted at all North Shore Bank offices, those with larger quantities (up to two boxes) are encouraged to visit the Copps Main Street branch where people can watch their items be securely shred by Cintas Document Management in large on site shredding vehicle. Those opening accounts during the grand opening can receive a variety of grand opening specials, including up to $150 in free cash by opening a new checking account with direct deposit, as well as special rates on CDs, savings accounts and money market accounts.
Other grand opening and Shredding Day activities include:
- A grand-prize drawing for a $500 Copps gift card, a Wii gaming package that includes a Wii console, extra remote and Wii Fit, and $100 in Papa Murphy’s gift certificates. Other drawings include a free Wisconsin Dells weekend, a free $150 gas card and a basket of free cleaning supplies. The drawing is open to all visitors, and participants need not be present to win.
- Free refreshments, including samples from Atlanta Bread and Papa Murphy’s (Green Bay West), and a Brat Fry for local charity (Copps East) on Saturday and free sundaes at both locations on Sunday.
- Children’s coloring fun and free temporary tattoos.
- Free reusable shopping bag for first 100 visitors on Saturday.
Visitors are encouraged to drop off non-perishable items for donation to Paul's Pantry to help local families in need. The bank will also match $1 for every pound collected on May 2 and 3, up to $500, to donate to the pantry.
