Nonprofit charities can register for a chance to win $1,923 contribution by Nov. 30
BROOKFIELD, Wis. - North Shore Bank today announced that it will donate $1,923 to a local nonprofit charitable organization in honor of the bank's 85th anniversary. Participants can register for their favorite charity online at northshorebank.com through Nov. 30.
"Our bank has been committed to the customers and the communities in which we serve since 1923, and we are pleased to have the opportunity to give back to a local organization with a donation signifying the year that the bank was established," said Steve Steiner, North Shore Bank's senior vice president. "We believe it's important to support organizations that find ways to benefit those in our community and we've done so for 85 years."
Charities that are entered for a chance to win the donation must be located in one of the bank's service areas and must use the donation to benefit a local community initiative. Details are available on North Shore Bank's Web site. The bank will present the donation in December.
