North Shore Bank Announces Promotions In The Northeast Region
BROOKFIELD, Wis. - North Shore Bank today announced it has promoted Steve Arps, Tricia Cravillion and Michael Ebbensgard to new positions within the bank's northeast region, which includes the Green Bay, Appleton and Door County areas. Arps was promoted to vice president, sales manager of consumer markets; Cravillion to vice president/district manager; and Ebbensgard to in-store sales coordinator.
"I am pleased to acknowledge the contributions that Steve, Tricia and Michael make to the success of North Shore Bank with these promotions," said Gary Messing, vice president of branch administration for North Shore Bank. "They have all been with the bank for many years and are dedicated to serving our customers. I know they will continue to work hard to ensure that all who step into one of our branches have a positive experience."
- Steve Arps - Prior to his promotion, Arps served as vice president, district manager for the bank. He has been with North Shore Bank for seven years and has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. In his new position, Arps will be responsible for leading and directing the banks market managers to ensure the bank's customers' needs are met. He is a member of the advisory board for the Wisconsin Bankers Association Sales Leadership and Management School. He is also the business management team coordinator for Christus Lutheran Church, an involved member of the Lakes Council of the Boy Scouts of America and an advisory group members for Get Checking. Arps lives in the Town of Center with his wife and two children.
- Tricia Cravillion - Cravillion has been with North Shore Bank for 9 years and previously served as assistant vice president, district operations manager. She has over 19 years of experience in the banking industry. In her new position, she will oversee the retail banking area of the 12 North Shore Bank offices within the Brown, Outagamie and Door County areas. She serves on the board for the Home & School Organization for St. Mary's of Luxemburg. Cravillion is a resident of Luxemburg where she lives with her husband and two sons.
- Michael Ebbensgard - Prior to being promoted, Ebbensgard served as a branch manager for the bank. He has been with the bank for seven years and in 2006, his branch was named Branch of the Year. As in-store sales coordinator, Ebbensgard is responsible for the overall performance of the Cub West office, including sales, customer service and day-to-day operations. He is also responsible for coaching and directing sales activities of the Green Bay in-store locations. He lives in Abrams with his wife and son.
