North Shore Bank Branch To Open In Festival Foods

Bank branch in Cub Foods to close March 2, and reopen in June inside Festival Foods

BROOKFIELD, Wis. - North Shore Bank today announced that its branch located inside Cub Foods on Northland Ave. in Appleton will be closing on Friday, March 2, for remodeling. The bank will be renovated and will reopen at the same address, but in a new location inside Festival Foods. Festival Foods purchased the Cub Foods building and will be opening a new grocery store at that location in June. The new bank branch is expected to open at the same time when the new grocery store opens its doors.

During the remodeling, customers are encouraged to visit the bank's full-service branch on Northland Ave. near the grocery store's parking lot entrance at 1100 Northland Ave. The free-standing branch is and will continue to be open seven days a week.

"We are pleased to be able to continue to offer our customers the convenience of doing their banking and grocery shopping in the same building," said Tricia Cravillion, vice president and district manager for the bank's northeast region. "With today's busy lifestyles, we know that many of our customers appreciate the extended banking hours, and the new in-store branch in Festival Foods will also be open seven days a week to help meet our customers' banking needs."

The remodeled in-store branch will feature seven-day banking, ATM access and more. In addition, mortgage loan and retirement specialists will be available to assist customers. North Shore Bank first opened the branch inside Cub Foods in 1990, and that branch was the bank's first location inside a grocery store in Appleton.

In addition to the two branches located on Northland Ave., North Shore Bank has two other stand-alone, full-service branches in the Appleton area - in downtown Appleton at 320 E. College Ave. and in Menasha at 1500 Appleton Rd. where the office is also open seven days a week. The bank has 14 other offices in northeastern Wisconsin as well.
