McCaffrey Joins North Shore Bank As Vice President

BROOKFIELD, Wis. - North Shore Bank today announced that John McCaffrey has joined the bank as vice president for small business markets. McCaffrey previously worked as a district sales manager at Associated Bank. He brings nearly 12 years of experience in the financial industry to his new position.

In his new role, McCaffrey will have direct responsibility for all aspects of the bank's small business line including strategy, development and execution of business plans, products and services, sales management and productivity. He will work closely with all areas of the company to increase retention and growth of North Shore Bank's small business customers in the various communities in which the bank operates.

"He brings more than a decade of experience in the banking industry, which will be a great asset and resource for our customers."

McCaffrey began his banking career with a community bank in Chicago and relocated to Wisconsin in 2005. He is a member of the BNI leads group in Kenosha County and previously served on the financial advisory board in Illinois.

McCaffrey is a resident of Kenosha.
