North Shore Bank To Build New Office In Sussex

Full-service branch to be bank's first Sussex location

BROOKFIELD, Wis. - North Shore Bank today announced it will build a full-service branch at W249 N6600 Highway 164 (the intersection of Highway 164 and Main Street/Highway VV/Silver Spring) in the Village of Sussex. The new Sussex office will be more than 3,900 square feet and feature two drive-up lanes, safe deposit boxes, a drive-up ATM and commercial night depository.

The new branch design will also incorporate new technological features, including biometrics, high-speed Internet access and electronic displays. Additionally, the branch will include a big-screen television that will provide customers with continuous updates on the news, weather, stock market and sports. It will also feature North Shore Bank products.

"Sussex is a growing community that continues to attract new businesses and residents, and now our customers in Sussex will have a convenient location at which to do their banking. This new office will allow us to better meet the needs of our customers in this thriving area."

Construction is scheduled to begin in the coming weeks, and MSI General Corporation will build the new branch. The branch is expected to open in October.
