Professional Basketball's No. 1 Draft Pick Andrew Bogut To Meet And Greet Guests, Sign Autographs At New North Shore Bank Branch In Franklin On October 22

BROOKFIELD, Wis. - North Shore Bank today announced that professional basketball's 2005 No. 1 draft pick Andrew Bogut will sign autographs at its new branch in Franklin from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 22. The full-service branch is located at 7151 S. 76th St, and will have a wide variety of grand opening activities throughout the day, including picture frame building for children, decorating tips by an interior design consultant, face-painting for kids, a free barbecue lunch and more.
"We are thrilled that Andrew Bogut will be helping us celebrate the grand opening of our newest bank branch," said David Griffith, District Manager for the bank's south region. "Franklin is a growing, thriving city, and we are pleased to be joining this community. We look forward to celebrating our new branch with our neighbors, customers, family and friends. We encourage those who want to meet Andrew Bogut to come out early, as well as enjoy many of the other fun activities throughout the day."
Following is a schedule of activities for Saturday, Oct. 22:
- All day Free pumpkins for the first 200 children, and an interior design consultant with Leath Furniture will be on hand to answer questions and provide decorating tips
- 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Children can build picture frames with a Lowe's expert, while supplies last
- 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. Free barbecue lunch with outdoor grilling experts Mad Dog & Merrill
- Noon - 2 p.m. Rondini's magic show and Wizard School
- 1 - 2 p.m. Meet professional basketball's No. 1 draft choice Andrew Bogut
- 1 - 2:30 p.m. Free face-painting and Seymour Savings tattoos
In addition, North Shore Bank will have a grand opening drawing with a chance to win $2,000 in furnishings from Leah Furniture, a $500 shopping spree at Best Buy® and a green and gold party for 20 people plus a Weber® grill.
In honor of the grand opening, North Shore Bank will also offer new neighbor specials at its Franklin, Oak Creek and Southridge offices through November 15, 2005. Those new neighbor specials include a deposit of a Franklin ($100) into qualifying new checking accounts, free premier Harry Potter movie tickets for children who open new Seymour Savings accounts and more.
