North Shore Bank Launches First Expansion Outside Of Wisconsin With Florida Mortgage Center
Tampa mortgage office to open May 16th
BROOKFIELD, Wis. - North Shore Bank today announced it will open a mortgage origination center, in Tampa, Fla., the bank's first location outside the state of Wisconsin. North Shore Mortgage is located at 3610 Madaca Lane in Tampa and will open for business on May 16th.

"Our bank currently offers mortgage services at our branches and offices throughout Wisconsin, including Milwaukee, Appleton, Madison, Racine, Green Bay and other locations. Expanding our operations to an important population center like the Tampa area is a great next step for North Shore Bank. Many of our customers have vacation homes in the area and there is a tremendous amount of potential there. We look forward to continuing to grow and thrive with the Tampa community."
The mortgage origination center will offer all of North Shore Bank's residential mortgage loan options, including programs to facilitate purchase, new construction or refinance mortgage transactions. We have tailored some mortgage products specifically for the Tampa market.
