North Shore Bank To Build New Office in Franklin


Full-service branch to be bank's first Franklin location


BROOKFIELD, Wis. - North Shore Bank today announced it will build a full-service office at 7151 S. 76th St. in Franklin. The new Franklin office will be more than 3,300 square feet and feature three drive-up lanes, safe deposit boxes, a drive-up ATM and commercial night depository. It's design will also incorporate new technological features including biometrics, high-speed Internet access and electronic displays.

"We are happy to offer a new banking and financial services choice for residents in the Franklin community," said Steve Steiner, senior vice president-Retail Banking for North Shore Bank. Franklin is a dynamic community that's attracting new residents because of its appeal. "Franklin residents and businesses will be able to take care of their financial needs whether it's opening a new checking or savings account, applying for a loan or learning about alternative investments. This office will allow us to better meet the needs of our customers who live and work in and around Franklin."

Construction is scheduled to start in March and the branch is expected to open in October, Steiner said. The new branch will be the bank's first Franklin location.

North Shore Bank, headquartered in Brookfield, was founded in 1923. It has assets of $1.8 billion, and 41 offices throughout eastern Wisconsin. . In addition to 19 branches in metro Milwaukee, current branches are located in Racine, Union Grove, Kenosha, Burlington, Green Bay, Howard, Pulaski, De Pere, Algoma, Two Rivers, Door County, metro Milwaukee, Pewaukee, Racine, Union Grove, Kenosha, and Burlington.

North Shore Bank opened an office in Oak Creek last year, and another branch is currently under construction in Appleton.
