Educational Assistance Program
If you want to advance your education, you’re in good company.
We believe the skills and knowledge of our employees are our greatest assets. That's why in order to encourage and support the ongoing education of our employees, we've created the Educational Assistance Program.
What is the Educational Assistance Program?
As an employee, you are eligible to receive tuition reimbursement for most business-related course work at an accredited academic institution.
Who is Eligible?
All full-time employees are eligible, both salaried and hourly. You just need to have been employed at North Shore Bank or Illinois State Bank for at least one year. (Graduate school reimbursements require two years of full-time employment.)
What are the Requirements?
Classes must be taken outside of your normal work hours, and you must maintain an acceptable job performance rating to participate.
What is the Reimbursement Limit?
You are eligible to be reimbursed for up to 12 credits annually.
